At Day 1 People we are passionate about social value and ensure that it is integrated, culturally into our day-to-day operations, with clients and also suppliers.

We run employee-led Fitness Challenges each quarter open and accessible to anyone who wishes to take part. This promotes employee health and wellbeing and maintains a one team ethos.

Day 1 People acknowledge and recognise any employee activity outside of the workplace by nominating and congratulating regular Social Value Champions.

We allow employees to conduct volunteering duties 8 hours a year.

Day 1 People look to support military sports through the year by sponsorship and attendance at various event including: Army vs Navy Rugby, UKAFWSA Ski Championships, Armed Forces T20 and Henley Regatta (Military Rowing).
